SHIPPING POLICY


Effective: May 1, 2026

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the date shown on the product page.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders reaching the regional threshold.

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days worldwide. Delivery time is estimated only. Delays from customs, weather, or peak seasons are not our responsibility.

All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover any customs fees. Refused or returned packages will not receive a full refund.

A tracking number will be sent after shipment. For lost or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours after delivery for support.
